About Jennie
This is where my journey into holistic health began.
After initially finding my niche in bridal beauty, I started taking a closer look at the products I was personally using and recommending to my clients. I discovered many ingredients in these products are actually cancer-causing chemicals, reproductive toxins and unsafe synthetics.

I always felt that I had an entrepreneurial spirit within.
After years of practicing traditional esthetics and feeling frustrated with the lack of results, I enrolled at the world’s foremost school for holistic health, The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. In 2017, I graduated as a Certified Holistic Health Coach. Eager to help my guests achieve optimal health from the inside out, I revised my offerings and began treating my clients’ skin with an entirely new “whole skin” approach. Today, I own my own private studio–Jennie Fresa Beauty–nestled away on the shoreline of CT, where I provide personalized skin care services and expert brow styling.
With over 20 years of experience working in the beauty industry and thousands of women served, you can feel confident that when you step into the studio, you are in the best of hands.
