Hello Beauties! Well, Hollywood’s most anticipated night has finally arrived, and it did not disappoint! While the winners have already been announced, the fashion from last night’s red carpet still has us obsessing! It wasn’t easy narrowing down our favorites as the stars pulled out all the stops for last night’s epic red carpet. Overall, metallics were definitely on trend, while beading and tulle took center stage and makeup stayed effortless and minimal. However, Old Hollywood glamour reigned supreme with its timeless glamour found all over the carpet.

My #1 pick on the Red Carpet last night was without a doubt Jessica Chastain who exuded Old Hollywood perfection from head to toe. Jessica stunned in a flesh toned Armani Prive Couture gown that was perfection against her fair complexion. Flawless skin, flowing waves, classic makeup and a bright lip were the finishing details that came together and created Jessica’s show stopping look.

My top 5 picks for best dressed are:

1.) Charlize Theron
Everything about Charlize’s look was red carpet elegance! From her crisp white Dior Haute Couture gown, youthful pixie cut and fresh face, Charlize was the definition of elegance! (Not to mention how incredibly beautiful she was dancing with Channing Tatum during the opening!!)

2.) Kerry Washington
The Django Unchained star brought a beautiful splash of coral to the red carpet last night! With minimal accessories, a soft complementary lip and her hair pushed back, Kerry was not to be missed as she showed off her embellished and colorful Miu Miu gown!

3.) Stacy Keibler
While we already envy Ms. Keibler for her handsome man, we can now envy her for gorgeous Oscar gown! Stacy rocked a silver sequined Naeem Khan gown that looked absolutely beautiful draped over her to-die-for figure. Between the gown’s cool sequined pattern and classic halter cut, Stacy was beautiful combination of elegance and edge.

4.) Jennifer Hudson
Jennifer Hudson looked absolutely amazing as she walked the carpet in a Roberto Cavalli creation! JHud was completely on trend last night from her dark blue metallic gown, gorgeous statement earrings and beautiful bangs! This Dreamgirl was a REAL beauty!

5.) Jennifer Garner
We adore the absolutely adorable Jennifer Garner! Mrs. Affleck donned a gorgeous dark magenta Gucci gown last night that was flowing with grace (literally!) From the front, Jennifer’s ensemble looked simple and sophisticated with a statement necklace and chic chignon. However, as Jennifer turned around, the back of the gown flowed down into a train of soft and romantic ruffles, floating with her as she graced the carpet.

While there were numerous trends to be found for fashion, this year’s beauty looks maintained chic & minimal with a common homage to Old Hollywood that was sweeping the carpet!

Best hair, makeup & nails definitely have to go to the fabulous Adele. On the carpet Adele’s hair was so polished and glamorous while her makeup was simple with a muted lip and her signature statement lashes! During her performance Adele switched up her look with a fab red lip! And whilst belting out her Academy Award winning song, we were able to catch a glimpse of her killer nails! Those stiletto nails were very high fashion with a sophisticated twist!

2. Reese Witherspoon, talk about Va Va Voom!! While the new mom walked down the carpet in a gorgeous blue and black Louis Vuitton gown, all eyes were on her luscious locks. Reese’s hair was the epitome of Old Hollywood glamour last night as her side swept waves were reminiscent of the iconic Veronica Lake style!

3. Many congrats go to Anne Hathaway! Not only did she win best supporting actress, but she hands down won our award for best natural makeup. Anne fit the role of a movie star impeccably last night as she glowed with the use of a soft color palette. With a blush-pink lip and soft swept hair, Anne looked truly regal and effervescent!
